Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because all our products are digital and downloadable/accessible instantly, we follow a strict No Refund and No Cancellation policy.

1. No Refund Policy

Once a purchase is completed on departmentalsuccess.com, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Accidental purchase
Change of mind
Incorrect exam selection
Not using the study materials after buying
Accessing only part of the materials
Expectation mismatch

All products are delivered digitally and are considered consumed once access is granted.

2. No Cancellation Policy

Since our products are digital:

Orders cannot be cancelled after payment
Access to study materials is granted immediately
Cancellation requests will not be accepted

3. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged twice for the same order due to a technical issue:

We will verify the transaction with Razorpay
A refund will be issued for the duplicate amount only
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

You must contact us with:

Payment receipt
Transaction ID
Email used during purchase

4. Technical Issues

If you face a technical issue such as:

Not receiving access
Broken or inaccessible content
Payment successful but order not activated

We will:

Verify your payment
Provide access manually
Fix the issue at the earliest

This does NOT qualify for a refund, but we will ensure you receive what you paid for.

5. Subscription or Renewal (If added in future)

If subscription-based services are introduced later:

Subscriptions will be non-refundable
Auto-renewal can be turned off at any time
Unused subscription periods will not be refunded

(This clause is valid for future expansion.)

6. Payment Gateway Policy

All payments are processed through Razorpay, which follows:

PCI-DSS compliance
Secure encryption
Standard banking protection

Any payment failure or bank-side issue must be taken up with your respective bank.
